WHY DO WE FEAR

Fear... It is simply the perceptive feeling of unknown. Do you ever seen some mentally disable person or someone with mental disorder have fear like yours, they may have there own. Did you ever notice that things which are fearful to you do not affect someone else?
You may find many definitions of fear if you search enough and many theories to overcome your fear, some may work, some don't. So why is that these theories or definitions always works for you.

It is just because you really don't know the meaning and simplicity of it. Fear is just an emotional reaction of your perception to the unknown. As of spices we have survived for this long is just because of FEAR. The things which we don't fully know is fearful to us. Did you ever think if you come across the teacher you ever fear the most in your adulthood when you are 10 to 20 years older and have more experience of life, and you met this same frightening old teacher of yours what you will feel then, and why?
You may not be so fearful for him/her now when the time has given you the opportunity to know you fear (HIM/HER). Now unknown has been known and fear is gone. Did you ever think what is changed in between? Just your experience about persons like your teacher and what they can really do to you.
Ironically we all have fear of ghost at some early stage of our lives and we become so fearful that we wrap cloth sheet around yourself in bed so tight that not even air can enter inside, and then we feel safe in that cloth cocoon. We don't even think that the ghost who can come inside through closed doors and concert walls,  can easily penetrate that cloth cocoon of yours. So, why we feel so confident and get back to sleep in that cocoon? It is just because you create an absolute known boundary around yourself in form of that cloth cocoon, you know that sp[ace and no one can enter it.
Just like that you face any other fear, either creating a known boundary of the cocoon or know the fear as whole itself. So what's the easiest way, the easiest way is to know what is unknown in a safe manner. I will not say to jump in a cage of a lion to become fearless, of course that will be a suicide, I am just saying that become familiar to the lion itself and you need not to do so.
Know your fear in a safe manner then you will be able to handle the worst deadlest thing in the world. and remember they can harmful but not deadly if handle well.
